What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a team of tech support engineers and analysts that supports a large healthcare financial application
  • Lead the team in maintaining the application by implementing bug-fixes, minor enhancements and customizations
  • Ensure that the team is able to fulfill Service Request tickets as per SLA by analysing and modifying application code as required
  • Interface with business stakeholders and customer support teams to understand and resolve user-reported issues
  • Participate in root cause analysis of incidents 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience of 8+ yrs in building, maintaining and supporting large software systems
  • Prior experience of 3-4 years in leading teams of 15-20 members
  • Development experience with Java, Spring framework, JMS, Batch Processing, JBoss, Web frameworks and legacy J2EE stack // Most of these things should be there. Should have been developer themselves initally
  • Experience working with Oracle database and SQL
  • Solid technical skills in development of complex multi-platform environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of design patterns and concepts
  • Experience in participating in system design, process modeling, business value analysis and business process design
  • Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare/Financial domain
  • Experience with cloud solutions
