UX Researcher

In this position: Responsible for the Research and Usability Laboratory, giving horizontal support to the different sprint teams, ensuring that each of the proposals has the validation of real people in real contexts by understanding our customers needs, behaviors, goals and motivations. Working hand in hand with the UX designers providing valuable insights to help drive the product strategy.

What will your activities be?

  • Creation of interview guides and usability tests

  • Run deep interviews and debrief sessions

  • Generation of valuable insights and presentation with stakeholders

  • Establish of research agenda

  • Run remote guided usability tests

  • Participants recruitment

  • Qualitative and quantitative data analysis

  • Run ideation and research workshops

  • Generation of Research reports

Who are we looking for?

  • Have 2 - 3 or more years of experience with the following activities:

  • Validate concepts and ideas through deep interviews and surveys

  • Plan and conduct user research and competitive analysis

  • Conduct usability tests

  • Design and execute studies into user behaviour and attitudes

  • Define user personas

  • Interpret quantitative and qualitative feedback

  • Conduct heuristic evaluations

  • Identify research questions and creation of hypotheses

  • Presentation and communication of insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy

  • Facilitate workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas with customers

  • Desirable Analytics tracking tools experience (Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Desirable knowledge on usage of design software (Sketch, Adobe Suite)

  • Expert communication skills and the ability to get buy-in on ideas

  • In-depth knowledge of market research, competitive landscape, and testing methods (A/B, multivariate testing)

  • Effective communication with different stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

  • Feedback culture.

  • Question assumptions and analyze problems deeply

  • Collaboration with multiple teams.

  • Negotiation and presentation skills, persuade with sustained design decisions.
